CDL Driver – Rear Load Trash Truck

Garby Disposal Services is hiring experienced CDL Drivers to operate our rear load trash trucks. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a rear load trash truck on residential collection routes.
• Complete timely and accurate waste, recycling, and yard waste collection.
• Take ownership of your vehicle: perform pre- and post-trip inspections and keep the truck clean inside and out.
• Commit to consistent 10–12 hour shifts in all weather conditions.
• Work closely with dispatch and helpers to keep routes efficient and safe.
• Represent Garby Disposal with professionalism in the neighborhoods you serve.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class B minimum) with a clean driving record.
• Experience required with heavy-duty commercial vehicles; rear load or refuse truck experience strongly preferred.
• Physically and mentally able to handle long shifts.
• A mindset of hard work, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
